By creating an account, purchasing or trialing an algo, or otherwise using Sminage.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
Algorithmic trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all traders. Any performance figures, statistics, or Live Results widgets shown on this site (including third-party services such as Myfxbook) reflect past or displayed performance only and are not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, your broker relationship, and any losses incurred while running a licensed algo on your MT5 account. Sminage.com does not provide financial or investment advice.
Each purchase or trial is issued its own unique Secret Key, bound to whichever MT5 account and broker server first checks in with it. You may change which account a license is bound to at any time from My Downloads; the Secret Key itself is fixed to that purchase and cannot be changed by you, only regenerated by an admin. Your Secret Key is personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping it confidential — Sminage.com is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from a shared or compromised key.
Select algos offer a trial in addition to the full lifetime purchase, priced and timed per algo as shown on that algo's page at the time you request it. Your first trial of a given algo is charged at that algo's first-time rate; any trial after that for the same algo is automatically charged at that algo's recurring rate instead. Each trial grants full access for the number of days shown on the algo's page from admin approval, and is subject to the same no-refund policy as full purchases below.
Payments are accepted in USDT to the wallet address shown at checkout. It is your responsibility to send the correct amount, in the correct asset, to the correct address — Sminage.com cannot reverse or recover crypto transactions sent in error. All sales are final once a license or trial is issued, and we do not offer refunds.
Commission rates and eligibility are described on the Referrals page and may be changed by Sminage.com at any time for future earnings; changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and are typically completed within 7 business days, though this may vary.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent the licensing system, share or resell your Secret Key or licensed algo files, reverse-engineer the software, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license or account for violation of these terms.
We aim to keep the platform and licensing API available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, licensing verification delays, or third-party service interruptions (e.g. your broker or MT5 terminal).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sminage.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the platform or any licensed algo.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
