Who We Are

Sminage.com ("we", "us", "our") provides licensed algorithmic trading software ("algos") for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, along with a copy-trading and referral program. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information in the course of operating the service:

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
MT5 licensing information: your MT5 account number and broker server, submitted when you purchase or license an algo (lifetime, One-Time Pack, or Monthly Pack), plus that license's Secret Key.
Trading account data: if your licensed algo reports it, we log your MT5 account balance/equity each time your license is verified, so we and you can see basic account activity for licensing purposes. We do not receive your trade history or broker login credentials.
Transaction details: the crypto transaction ID and payment screenshot, submitted when you buy or license an algo.
Referral & payout information: your referral code usage, commission balances, and the crypto wallet address you provide for withdrawals.
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, including your name, email, and message content.

How We Use It

We use this information to: create and manage your account; issue, verify, and manage your algo licenses; process purchases, packs, and referral commissions; send transactional emails (license approvals, password resets, referral notifications); respond to support requests; and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is visible only to site administrators for the purposes described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your account and licensing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to resolve any disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below. Some information (such as transaction records) may need to be retained longer where required for accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us what data we hold about you, by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted secret keys, and access controls on administrative functions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your password and license Secret Key confidential.

Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
